Is Rochas Really Working? Check Out These Pictures

Font view of the school

I'm currently in Owerri the Imo state capital and majority of the people I've met so far seem to be happy with the present administration in the state.
I'm not really impressed with the level of work in the state capital; nothing spectacular. The roads constructed do not seem to me as ones that wouldn't beg for repairs after a year.
The beautification projects in the capital city, Owerri, is anything but breathtaking. My point is this: features of a modern city, like flyovers, relaxation parks, public convenience etc were not visible to me.
His supporters claim he has revolutionized the education sector and  implored me to pay a visit to some of the  newly built or perhaps renovated schools by the Owelle Rochas administration. So I did. I paid a visit to OWERRI CITY SCHOOL. Was I impressed?
Personally, I think this school is, for a government owned secondary and primary school, da BOMB!
Because of time constraints, I could only visit just a school in the capital. These are the sights.  . . . . . .
